Rich Anthony was involved in moving seniors even before starting A&A Easy Transitions LLC.  He worked with his wife to organize and sell his in-laws home in NYC, and packed and moved his mother-in-law to an assisted living community in Massachusetts.  Several years later he coordinated all aspects of closing down and selling his own mother's two homes in New York and moved her to Massachusetts.  Professionally, Rich has been the leader and planner of several successful moves of entire food manufacturing companies.  Rich brings all this relocation experience together to provide clients with a compassionate, experienced, and professional Senior Move service.

Dick Arnald is a United States Air Force Veteran who used the G.I. bill to earn a degree in Computer Science.  His career in high tech electronics has included managing sales departments and distributor networks.  As Sales Manager he successfully managed the crating, shipping, and set-up of trade show materials to and from major cities all over the United States, much of which had special packaging and handling requirements.  As the child of older parents he has first hand experience with the challenges faced by older Americans as their living situation and needs change.
